To this moment it still mesmerizes me how two people stay together. How two meet, then become one, only to go opposite directions the next day. All while meeting in the night and in the morning. Sleeping in the same bed, loving for the same purpose. But living everyday for different reasons. Man and woman... what a fascinating pair. Worlds apart in tendencies, yet one in the flesh.
Every year we get together with a bunch of friends and throw a big front yard party for Halloween at the Nilsson’s. We go all out with a bounce house, free hotdogs, free cokes, games for the kids, music, candy, candy and more candy! It’s a great time to meet neighbors and show kids and families that we care about our city and them.

Oh how fun! My neighborhood did something similar (but on a smaller scale) for the first time this year. It was much better than the traditional trick-or-treating, in my opinion.
